I saw that and had trouble trying to think of a genre I didn't like.
Horror etc would be the closest because I can't watch them around a four year old. Everything has to be kid friendly these days and my viewing brain has happily come to terms with it.

I like watching rom-coms, westerns, action fluff pieces, arthouse indie stuff, musicals, cartoons, docos, dramaramas, gangster films...
Is Barbie a genre? I still can't stand Barbie films. SO glad I didn't have a girl...

I think Barbie could be defined as a genre - perhaps renamed 'So sickly sweet & overly pink as to make your eyeballs melt' genre. ;P

I did find myself watching a bit of Die Hard last night - but that was only because I would boff young Bruce Willis.

(yeah, I'd probably boff him old'n'all too :P)

If you like arthouse there is a film called CRAZY which I think is french, maybe french canadian. It is very good!

Come to think of it, I LOVED Casino & Rock'n'Rolla.

Still like to read fairly unchallenging fluffy novels though. :D

C.R.A.Z.Y is quebecois and very good.

I don't like horror films generally because, they just, um don't do anything for me.

Then again I quite liked Sleeping with the Enemy.
