I made it a few hours past 135hrs of my fast. And even after all that I have only had 1/2 cup plain oatmeal and an apple.
For me this is a huge accomplishment. I feel soo good. And I know I lost lots of weight.
I really desperately need a scale. I'm am such a retard. I should have bought won before hand.

As for slowing down your metabolism...
I just bought Blackmores Metabolism Advantage - i dunno if you can only get them in aus tho, and i dunno if they work yet, but you could try something like that!?
I'll let u know if they work 4 me.
