Wow!! Um, yeah, waiting for my brain to catch up. I love it!

And in part one - I love that you made mention of Lamb putting Logan in the cell with Mercer and Moe. I still say it was Lamb's call - sheriff and all - even if a deputy put Logan in there. Lamb, who had agreed to come into the station, in the middle of the night, to take Veronica's statement - that, in canon, is "I love you" to me - so yeah, I definitely see Lamb agreeing or ordering Logan into that cell. He couldn't touch those guys, but he knew Logan would. Putting the kid to good use - having him do his dirty work. Sounds like Lamb to me lol.

i totally had to leave the jail cell in, with his jealousy of logan it just fit so well, and i agree taking a statement in the middle of the night totally does say 'i love you.'
the moron line was my favorite of the chapter and i was really hoping someone would like it enough to mention it, so yay!
