The new bits do give it a bit of a different meaning. Also, I mentally kept track of who was where this time better.
Aw, Italy was awake for the kiss to the leg. That means a lot to me somehow.
There are a number of typos, though

The way Italy described sex on the beginning was funny and cute at the same time, haha
"France truly loved every single woman he had ever slept with, and most of the men. He had a lot of love to share. " This was kinda neat. I love this sentence.
“Bite him,” whispered France, insidiously. “He likes that.” omg, this one is just... wow... hot
Also, darling, your Germany is awesome. And I'm a big Germany x France shipper, so I felt excited every time the two of them had an 'interaction' so to say :3
and just when I though the smuty things can begin, you make me laugh with that 'cock' thing xD
Alright, it got very smuty after that, I got to admit haha...
Ok, I'll definitely read 'Duet' now - will review , of course.

Fun fact: I don't even like GerIta anymore, which just proves that adding France (and fantastic writing) makes everything better. I loved your bit about nations inhabiting a different world, too, that's exactly my headcanon.
brb reading Duet /runs to do that

Yeah. Faint, just faint, ah nosebleed. Give me a second to regain composure *_* Okay so the story was mind blowing. Great lemon- obviously. But the writing and the actual story are great too. I love Italy's clueless-ness, Germany's attitude, and France was just France. I think you wrote him better than he usually is- more of sly romantic and less of an annoying perv.
The beginning's real cute. I'm glad I followed the link from FF.net^^ (on where I'm the user who Favorited the beginning).
