Please distribute urgently, help to save our friend Misha Vodopyanov. Recurrence of leukemia
My dear friends, so many of you know Misha very well, and those, who do not yet, please, trust me, Misha is one of the best, sincerest and honest person I have ever met. As a result of his own efforts and thanks to help of hundreds of people from different Internet communities who came together in attempt to save him, he managed to kill his disease some years ago. He was fighting so hard to stay alive in spite the fact that Russian hospitals had almost condemned him. And he did it! He got well again…His life story moved deeply lot of people. It was just impossible to pass by. But cancer returned. We all know what it means. Any kind of help is badly needed. And it is urgent. My dears, friends and strangers, I am asking you very much to help with re-posts. I am begging you. Every minute counts.

” I was 23, just one week before the Diploma in my University, doctors confirmed the recurrence of leukemia. I passed all the exams and got the Diploma, but it is quite possible I will not have a chance to apply my knowledge in practice.
For the first time I came down with a cancer on my last year at school. Year and a half I spent in hospitals, 8 chemotherapies, bone-marrow transplantation from a donor, and as a result I am back to normal. Thank you so much, people, who saved me that time.
As soon as I recovered, I became a volunteer in the charity funds, who helped kids with serious diseases “Happy world” and “Pomogi rebenku .ru” (Help to save a chilp.ru). I kept on working in the last one, until I was able to do it.
During my study in the university I joined as a volunteer to several students’ charity projects, together with my university friends and bikers, we were visiting orphan homes. We tried not only to prepare an event that would amuse kids, but to teach them something, to interest kids in many activities: journalistic, cooking, graffiti, glass painting, woodwork, how to set up the experiment.etc.
New project “We are volunteers” that would unite all separate students volunteer projects was planned for start up, but unfortunately all these projects are on stand- by now, due to my disease, and instead of helping people, I am forced to ask for help.”
This is our Misha. Very kind and very good person. When he came back to Russia after the therapy, he said he would dedicate his life to charity. One may think that was just an impulse. But Misha always keeps his words. He really spent all those years in charity. This boy comprehended the value of life being the age of 16.

Misha’s story shaked lot of people that time. He was publishing in his livejournal his day by day life in hospital and a treatment details. Young boys and girls by reading the journal of someone of their age, became volunteers themselves. The happy end and successful treatment gave a hope for those who gave up in despair.
When ladies from the fund received his e-mail with the documents and photos, the last sentence was : “ I could not think, I would use the fund's page “ if you need help” created by me to send my own documents:-)»
Due to his current situation and previous transplantation, the treatment will be very difficult. The first day he knew about the recurrence, Misha contacted his doctor from Hadassah hospital, Dr Ilya Reznik, who saved him in 2005, and who knows his disease better than anybody else.

My friends, many people are asking how to send money from Israel.
Unfortunately the fund and Misha too do not have any account in Israel. We are urgently collecting money (total cost of his treatment including the bone-marrow transplantation is 263 197$).
The status for the 17th of August: 173 853$ were transferred to bank account of fund (including the money received during the concert in Blur Cafe) and 66 191 $ on Misha’s personal account (for details and reports please see his website). We need to collect now 23 153 $.
