I'm writing a fic, which is already achievement in itself, but I've reached a point where I don't know how to continue. Even though it has been perfected my many, I can't seem to make a go at it. So, help

well I've seen it done with dates, for sure. is it always the same POV? I've also seen time markers like "before, after, now" and it can work very well too. and, sometimes, I've seen it with no markers at all, totally jumping from one place to the other and you are left trying to piece it together yourself. can be really powerful if it's not too confusing. I don't know if I can find examples, but if I have a bit of time later, I'll try :)
If the date's themselves are relevant - ie. it's 1973 because something specific happens in that year, then I'd stick with the dates, otherwise I think you can get away with just splitting it into sections! :)
