To get from 330 to 300, I started smoking more heavily. Before, I was smoking a pack over three or four days. By the time I got to 300, I was at a pack a day. I started using cigarettes as an appetite supressant, and while they work to an extent, the actual health risks really aren't worth it. However, at 300, I quit smoking (I was planning to get a second job that involves working with little kids, but that didn't pan out). Afraid of regaining the lost weight, I vowed to overhaul my eating habits.

Once I was a svelte 180, best shape of my life and looking good.
Depression and marijuana and being stuck on the ocean for 30 days at a time helped me get up to 390 (can you say Gawwd damn??!!)
Im down to 310 now. My goal by end of semester is 250. But overrall, I'm going until I get to 190-200.
So Id say 110 more lbs. :D
PS I hold it better than anyone else my weight....I just look like a big cuddly biker :D.
