Sarah Slean Hamilton show

Well the Sarah Slean concert last night was fabulous (was there ever any doubt?) It had been so long since the last Slean concert that I'd forgotten how her shows just make me feel so happy. I totally would run off to the one in Peterborough tonight if I had any way to do so. But alas I don't so I'll have to wait for the Hfront shows where happy

You go to most of her shows don't you? Have you met her?

I do like to go to as many of Sarah's shows as I can, she's a fantastic performer and some days I need a good night of music to keep me sane when the day to day work grind is just too much.

Sarah actually will hang out in the lobby after most of her shows to sign autographs and such so yup I've met her. She's such a wonderful person off the stage as well, always takes the time with every single fan to say hello. Last year at the Harbourfront Christmas shows my friends Dell and Naomi came to the shows and didn't really want to be in the mix of crazy fan shenannigans so they just stayed off to the side and Sarah made a point of stopping by them on her way out of the venue to be sure they weren't waiting for autographs or anything. She's very sweet that way. :)

That's my very long winded way of saying that if you're at one of her shows it's generally pretty easy to meet her afterwards and that if you do she's a great performer to meet :)
