Ew!

I managed to get bird droppings on my head. I can't understand why everytime there are three people standing in a line, the one who gets attacked is me. Maddening. And this was at my grandmother's place, where I'd been asked to speak to a frenchman who was staying with my aunt. I didn't want to go and be nice to anybody, and I hate to be introduced ( Read more... )

Very good. If you want to stay where you are, and remain a free thinker, don't take any of it seriously. 'It only matters, down to a certain point.'

No, the 'anon' is me. I forgot to hit the radio button telling them to let you know (as if giving you my alias makes me any less anonymous).

I don't know you at all -- that you're a free thinker is only a guess on my part, from reading your journal. (Ask me how I came to find it sometime.) But, if I had to make another guess, it would be that you're not in much danger of letting anything change you. No, my 'advice' was only to let you know that even if I don't understand, I can . . . guess.

My email address is: whoisnumber1 at gmail dot com. I have yours, and if I don't hear from you, I'll use it.

'Free Thinker' - Don't mind me, but that does sound a little pompous...Define free or freedom and then you'll see how difficult it is. Doesn't free and freedom have different meaning for every person who wants free or freedom? To put all the people supposedly 'free' in the same bracket would be a form of mass categorisation, wouldn't it? But then that isn't why 'free thinker' sounds pompous - but it sounds more pretentious than pompous actually.

Oh I do have some ideas, but I am not averse to change, but Orwellian monsters are just minor irritants and they most certainly won't change.

Yay! found something.

Don't bother downloading "Stay on these Roads" - it's terribly, terribly slow [I'll send it to you]. The rest are really fast and "You'll end up crying" plays at 320 kbps....
