Modern architecture really isn't my style, but I do like that house. It looks perfect for you! Very something you would see on HGTV. :)

in some ways, i don't think it's "warm" enough for us...but it's definitely something we could "pull off" with just a few changes in our furniture. ;)

Shoot just some paint on some of the walls would make a huge difference in warming it up. I am not a modern girl at all but I love it.
