I will probably doing more audio things in the near future, because, honestly, it's about all I have time for at the moment. Back in ye olde days of 300-level classes, and only three of them, I had plenty of time for my sort of involved, rambly essays, which I just don't at the moment. I think podfics sound fun! I'm not sure how useful any of my stuff would be, unless you wanted to snag some of the quickie fics I did for a mininano challenge - but, hey, you're welcome to them! In the meantime I look forward to seeing what you do with these chatty entries. Also, I think I owe you comments elsewhere. Oops. I will totally deal with that after I get back from the gosh-darn Colloquium tonight (and have my cheesecake).

Thanks! I thought of doing Freefall (er, just the first), but then remembered that you'll probably be revising it, and I probably wouldn't be able to refrain from commenting as I went so. Maybe the Watto fic or something - I'll see what I can find. :)

Heh, I think I dropped a late meme thing and just some stuff about your thesis, but otherwise we're about caught up.

I thought commenting as you went was sort of the point - i.e., the thing that made it fun? Because otherwise most peeps would just read the written version, wouldn't they? (Although I've always wanted estora to do a reading in Ryn's voice, because the Ryn in my head sounds like her.) But any of the novel-length stories from FFV are, for obvious reasons, to cumbersome to make good material for something like this.

Anyway. Most of my Luke fic, which is probably what you'd like the best anyway, is over on swficchallenge. The only one I personally feel really proud of is "denouement," which was my first swmininano 2010 entry - but that comm, if you don't get on it much, is a good place to go and explore for good short fics from a variety of people. I haven't seen a lot of OT stuff on there, but then I'm not usually looking for it.

I am going to answer your comments today! I am! And you're probably going to get Luke head!canon instead of Faramir, I might write it while I'm waiting for the Meineke guys to get done with my car this a.m ( ... )

Well, generally podfics are just ... fanfic audiobooks, and commenting wouldn't really be appropriate. It's mostly for people who prefer audio, or who just want to hear something, or have impaired vision. But if you didn't mind then I'd love to do it!

I did read your swficchallenges! I hardly ever comment, but I did look forward to having them come up on my f-list. (I actually mostly read PT stuff - I suspect because of my multitude of issues with it - so as long as it's about a Skywalker and comment-on-canon-y, I tend to be fairly asquee about it.)

Ooh, Luke! Awesome! And yeah, I hope I can get permissions for a few people, anyway -- we'll see.
