Ok, I am a bit confused. This is an AU on your own AU-version of ROTJ. So, in this Anankin did marry Padme and was Leia's father as well, not only Luke's? And Arissa Nelith was not his dead wife, but just a friend and fellow Jedi (and obviously didn't die like wife-Arissa did)? And Anakin warned her to get out of the Order before the Purges, so she retains enough affection for Anakin to go to Vader's funeral?

Pretty much, yes -- though it was more a memorial for the Emperor (and other important Imperials) than for Vader specifically. And yes, it's a reversal of the married to one/best friends with the other dynamic in Revenge. While he didn't tell her what was going to happen, he did strongly suggest distancing herself from the Order as much as possible. I suspect the other Jedi regarded her as a traitor. (Arissa regarded herself as alive.)
