Re: power! -- Vader is definitely into MOAR POWER. I think I meant to address Luke's interpretation later on and never really did, so whether he's right or not is up to the reader! But we both know where Luke's at, releasing-the-Force-wise, by the end. :)
I especially love your description of Luke's vision here too
Ooh, thanks! This is one of the very first things I came up with for the story, just after Leia's failure in the cave, along with Jabba's death, so I chortled all the way through. (And then edited five gazillion times to get it right, and edited it again once I'd written the final chapter to make sure everything matched up.)
I think the idea of Luke having a special gift for seeing the future (and the past and present) is very interesting...and not really done much in fanfic, if at allThanks! Yeah, I've never seen it either, maybe because there's so much focus on ~the Emperor has foreseen ( ... )
