Oh, and, I don't bother with the almond bark, it's spendy and a pain in the ass to melt. Just use the baking chocolate wafers in the bulk food section, much easier to work with and taste just as good.
Remind me later and I'll post my Spicy Oatmeal Raisin cookies - I call them my "conversion cookies" because I've had so many people who declared that they didn't like oatmeal raisin cookies, and then they had these ones, and suddenly they changed their tune. ("It's like an elephant of taste stampeding in my mouth, unlike the usual mousey oatmeal raisin cookies. I mean that in a good way." -my friend D, about those cookies.)
