It's not an all-the-time thing, but when the situation calls for it, he doesn't hesitate with the groping. Or the obscene jokes, or innuendo. He's really the only guy on television who can make a dick joke and still seem classy. I heart Jon. :)

That's actually the Eli Stone I just sent back to Netflix! He was heartbreaking and wonderful in it. He's so lovely when just his eyes are smiling.
