This weekend I watched the BBC version of Macbeth that James McAvoy starred in, and guess who showed up as MacDuff? Only that Richard Armitage fellow from Robin Hood who is pretty much the only reason I put that show so high up in my Netflix queue.

Oh, my god. One of my friends brought over North & South and I spent every Armitage scene with my mouth open. I just...I don't understand it, my eyes can't get enough of him. There's something about it. Even as Guy, there's something so ridiculously compelling, beyond the silly rubber costumes. I MUST see this Macbeth!

Though it's not Macbeth Macbeth - it's a retelling set in a restaurant - I still thought it was fairly good. Except McAvoy throws off my ability to gauge whether films are good. You understand.

North And South has been whooshed to the top of the ol' Netflix queue.

North & South! Once you have been there - you will never go back. I urge you to watch it if you have not already.

Richard Armitage is drop dead gorgeous in anything I think, but this shows off his excellent acting skills perfectly.

I actually haven't seen it yet! North and South and Robin Hood have both been hovering near the top of my queue, but they kept getting passed over for Doctor Who and Torchwood.

Just one more disc of the Doctor left, and then yeah. Mad-hot Armitage is getting top priority.

I remember when Alan wondered by like 7 ft away, I had to lower my eyes. I can't look at that much of him all at once. So I know what you mean about Talmoh. With him it's like they stacked a manly man on top of a another manly man.
