I might still be able to switch. I'll have to ask Tony or Scot. But probably no, probably 3-10:30.

:(

Soon, this won't be a problem anymore. Soon, Saturdays will be mine again, all mine.

Well, Mike said he will work for me on Friday to make up for it [he has a wedding to go to on Saturday] so maybe we could all do something Friday? Garrr.

Yeah, he gave up and also got a real job using the degree that he has, apparently.

are you digging The Eternals? while i loves me some gaiman, i've just never been into those characters. sort of inaccessible. but, i'll stick w/ it for a bit. what else do you read?

I am liking Eternals, although nothing really happened in this last issue. =)

I don't have the funds to go to the store every Wednesday and keep up with a bunch of new stories, so the only series I really follow is whatever Neil is up to - I read most of 1602, and now Eternals. [I started the Sandman collections ages ago and am still only partway through them.]

Otherwise, let's see. Batman. I fucking love Batman. Hush, The Killing Joke, Arkham Asylum [Batman plus Dave McKean? Brilliant.] I like the darker stuff, since I read Knightfall when I was maybe fourteen. I like the X-Men. My first real comic [besides cheap Catwoman and Fathom and Star Wars at the drugstore] was a Gambit book that I still have. It's dark too. I've finally started making my way through Age Of Apocalypse. I just read that Wolverine book where he goes to Japan and has problems with Mariko's family.

My friend just lent me Kingdom Come. I love Alex Ross. The writing could be in Swahili for all I care. He's unbelievable.

i....AM........BATMAN!

he's totally my favorite! you've read some good stuff. killing joke is ridiculously good. the only xmen worth reading right now is joss and john's. it's THAT good. finish up those sandman trades! they rock. age of apocalypse is fun and different. the wolverine mini-series, ORIGIN, is awesome. (not to be confused w/ the recent wolverine mini-series, ORIGINS.) kingdom come is really great. pick up the book that made alex ross. MARVELS.

one of my current favorite writers is brian k. vaughn. a couple of books you might dig. Y:THE LAST MAN and RUNAWAYS. check 'em out.

hmmmmm....i get lotsa free books from DC. if i come across any trades i think you might dig, i'll bring 'em w/ me.

Yeah, from a completely unbiased perspective, I can't believe how good Astonishing X-Men is. I'll finish Sandman one day when I can afford $20 a book again. Marvels? It's on the list now. =)

I think I got a sample of Runaways at Comic Con, if I'm thinking of the same thing. I'll check my pile o' loot tomorrow.

Yay, free books! That would be sweet.

Kingdom Come is pwning me right now. I must get back to it. WTF is Bruce thinking? [Don't answer that!]
