You're shaped like me, so...good jeans for ME are the Levi's Superlow Stretch, in junior sizes. You cna get them at Kohl's, roughly 25 bucks I think? I take the 1 short. You'd be maybe a 2, or 3 or so I think? Not much bigger, lol. And the length is PERFECT. Hits the bottom of your shoe, but not the floor so it'd drag and get ratty. Also the butt/waist part is perfect. Big enough for our badonkadonks and small enough for our waists :-)
