An Accidental Adventure...

LOL. I know the feeling. I took one creative writing class in college, and it was me and my rather uplifting stories, and the rest of the class and their stories full of violence and intrigue. Ah, well...

My accidental adventure is similar to yours, although I didn't do all that much drafting. I could never get caught up enough in any of them to get beyond the first chapter or two.

But when my daughter was between two and three, something that happened one day triggered a story idea. Although there's a problem with it, I still think there's potential in the concept, but at any rate, that was the beginning. Now I can't imagine writing for anyone other than children or teens.
