I like blogs about people, so I'd love to read a blog where you just talk about you, your life, stuff you're passionate about, etc. Just you. :)

Just you being you, Elissa. You're funny and honest. I understand blog neglect. Mine is nearly moribund and yet I always check my friends' blogs. (And keep on top of things over at the Mixed-up Files, of course.) Give yourself some time. Sounds like you've had lots of changes.

BTW, you do an amazing job at the Mixed-Up Files. I love reading those news blurbs, and your titles are AWESOME. I'm terrible at titles, so I appreciate good ones. Thank you!

What they said. The blogs I like best are little windows into someone's life, thoughts, and experiences. They are authentic and real, and make me laugh because I can relate to what they're writing about, and think because it provides another perspective. My best advice -- write what you want to share.

And blog neglect happens. Real life is a demanding mistress. I'm glad to see you back on line. :)
