About this time last week I was posting about insomnia. That insomnia partially broke over the weekend: I actually figured out the bulk of what was causing it, and was able to go about dealing with it well enough to get me sleeping. I'm still only working on about 8 hours of sleep in the past two days, but this time it's for good reasons instead

I go thru bouts of insomnia, every once in a while. Last one was last month. Not fun. BUT, what I love about it, is once it breaks it's the most amazing sleep ever for a few nights. I wish I could sleep like that all the time.
