This got long. I remember this - this scrambling to just cover the main things I saw, and never having time to really delve down... But here it is - most quotes from memory as I've not had time to transcribe properly, sorry.
I'm very curious about the first question and Trenzalore (as we all are :P). I mean, I was a bit put out that Moffat made the Daleks forget the Doctor, because it seemed like messing up with Classic Who and like a blow to something sacred... But with each new episode I'm starting to think that it is relevant and thought-out. I mean, the Doctor died, for all intents and purposes, on The Wedding of River Song. In the Christmas Special he wasn't even the Doctor, he was the Caretaker. In the Asylum of the Daleks he was completely forgotten by his number one archenemies, on Dinosaurs on a Spaceship he didn't come up on Solomon's detector, he registered as worthless, as if he didn't exist. What if he starts disappearing all over the universe, forgotten by more and more people, falling into the cracks of memory, until he reaches Trenzalore and the question that will be asked will not be so much about his real, secret identity, but about his existence? The Doctor? What? Who on earth can you mean? Doctor Who?
And again, it makes Eleven very Seven-like... The showrunners in Seven's time thought that people were too familiar with the Doctor, and tried to make him more mysterious and darker. I think Moffat is in many ways trying to make Eleven more mysterious again, esp after Ten bared his soul all over the place.
