Stargate cancelled. I am not surprised, at the news or at the way the network broke it to the cast and public (welcome to the shit end of Skiffy's love, folks), but I wish they had surprised me and I really wish they had made it easier on many of you. Re SG-1 - it wasn't ever "my show," but I enjoyed it, mostly, and yes, it was a common interest for many people I'm happy to have come to know in the virtual sense.

If there's more of it in the future, in some form, OK, fine, but there is much to be said for graceful endings, when/where possible

And yeah, graceful ending is very good. Really, it's been around this long, and I really don't want them coughing and sputtering into a sad death, you know?

I'm still pissed about the crappy manner in which Scifi canceled SG-1 and I've got my fingers crossed that MGM finds another backer. I was so enjoying the show this season and last.

My other kitty (points to icon) insisted I say hi to Sam again, since they both share the whore for head rubbing, and is shameless about dropping into the Sprawl of You May Now Commence syndrome. *beg* The only thing with Dude is while an outdoor cat and amply clawed he doesn't tend to use them very much at all.

Now Ginger, is a whole 'nother story.

The way they broke it to the SG folks, Ben and Claudia had to be having horrific flashbacks. Waaaaaay too much like what they did to Farscape. ::growls at Skiffy::

And hee. Sam flopped on the stairs this morning as I was coming down. That was a new one! She never comes out totally with the claws, though, she's good about that.
