Well @#$%!! That just SUCKS! I hope you get the packages today and they refund at least some of your shipping charges,but if nothing else I hope they grovel and humbly apologize!!
Well, we got the packages. Ed called around 2 or so and said "Get to the post office in ten minutes. He's there." So I had to jump in Ed's big dualie truck that hadn't been working properly two days ago, drive to the post office which ended up taking 15 minutes and praying the whole way that he would still be there when I got there. He was finishing up and do you know not one apology was said. Not one mention about not coming down our road. Not one mention about the fact that Big Brown SUCKS royally. Nope, nothing. Then, as he drove away I heard this little tinging/rattling/chainlike noise. I look over at the big brown truck and do you know what that noise was??? CHAINS!! CHAINS ON HIS DAMN TIRES!!! ARGH!!! I swear I almost jumped in the truck and followed him to ask him why the hell couldn't he make it down our road if he had the freakin' chains on his truck!! Although if we didn't get it today I was seriously going to Front Royal tomorrow and causing a GIANT ruckus down there at the office. I'm going to the website I

Aww, thanks so much for this link K!! I'll have to get all the info on it from Ed cause I don't have the package number and all.
I can work on the letter/comments though until he gets me the information! *shakes head* I kinda feel like now we've gotta wait to order anything UPS or Fed Ex until the end of winter which sucks. But if we know they are more than likely not going to deliver it why waste the money on shipping when we've gotta chase him all over the county just to get them. That should probably go in the letter too huh?
