I've been in a few weddings myself, though none as interesting as the ones you've participated in. But one resulted in a fantastical divorce. I saw that one coming from miiiiiiiles away.
Haha, well the wedding itself was fine. Nothing awkward about it. However, it was my second cousin who had married into a weird family. Her new mother in law was younger than she was (by at least a decade). And her father in law convinced her husband to divorce her because she was beyond child bearing age. Shit went down. What;s funny about it, is that no one expected the marriage to last- but we thought it would've ended on her terms, because she's a little hard to handle.
Another time I was a junior bridesmaid (around age 13) for my older cousins wedding. The best man passed out on the alter after his trumpet solo, and he tumbled down the stairs.
Another fucking awesome flower girl! *high fives* I never thought about pulling my dress up over my head though - too bad. I just kicked off my shoes half-way down the aisle, threw down my parasol (wtf? a parasol?), made faces at the bridesmaids, and protested the lengthy ceremony by laying down on the front pew for a nap.
