I absolutely love it when you're eloquent, which is to say, almost always. Well, there is the exception of when overly friendly, garrulous seatmates seem to encroach into personal space. Then, you do the perfectly curmudgeonly thing to repel all comers! It worked, damnit, it worked. And it's something I clearly need to learn.

Thank you so much for always insisiting on a "state of the writer" meeting at the beginning of our week. It has helped me to crytallize and make *real* the differences from year to year, as I progress in my avocation.

Thank you as well for making this decision to share your journey as well as your fruits. (and pardon me while I mix my metaphors). I found myself thinking on the way to our destination this year of how little I know of you your daily walk. It will strengthen you and enrich ME (an important by-product!) to know more of how you go about being the Awesomeness that is You and You Alone.

After all, *you* are the one who taught me to say aloud, "I am a writer," and not feel the need to elaborate or explain myself. You lived the example before me, and taught me to own the reality for myself.

Chalk that up to your accomplishments, Missy.
