Oh, lovely... although I'm sad for Desmond, of course! Especially like this: His face seems as deranged as a Picasso painting. but the whole thing is so atmospheric.

Ohhh... I love!
Poor dear Desmond. All alone and sick, no hope in sight. (*takes shifts with hendercats caring for Des and watching computer*)
This was wonderfully visual. Yes indeed.

Radzinsky is on the ceiling and the stain is sliding, slipping, an ink blot changing shape and bleeding over concrete
Gave me shivers!

Thank you so much! I'm so glad you liked my offering for you and that it gave you a bit of shivers. :) I don't think I'm that adept at writing Desmond so I was worried this wouldn't turn out well for your queenly day, so I'm thrilled you liked it.

It's awful to be sick alone! And sick of being alone too!
You've also captured Desmond's penchant toward the surreal which I think he has always had, even before blowing up the hatch.
Now that we've met Radzinski, I think the best place for him IS a blotch on the ceiling. Much less annoying that way. :)

It does so suck to be sick and alone. One or the other is crap, but both at once? Sad times.

Exactly, now that we know Radzinsky, it's like...can't he go shoot himself in the head already? Seriously. SO annoying.

Such a beautiful scene - bleak and tired and slightly unsettled; it mirrors Desmond's state of mind perfectly.
