This makes me feel all warm inside. The new Shephard generations!
Jack out-stubborned her, obviously having had more practice at being a Shephard, and eventually she came around.
I love him being all protective of Claire. Her superstitions are a lot easier to take than Christian's constant harping on Fate as his crutch.

I like Jack being protective of Claire too and I hope we get to see that big brother atittude come out in the show, if/WHEN he finds out he's her brother!

Aww... Claire really would believe in omens and such, wouldn't she? And Jack really would insist on arguing about it, too. The whole island experience would have some effect on everyone's views, I think, as you've notified - I don't know whether I'd start believing in superstitions or leave off the ones I hold. Hmm...

Yeah, when ~T asked for superstitions, Claire immediately jumped to the front of my mind in terms of those who might be superstitious. Between her history with psychics and her propensity for doing star charts and stuff, she seemed like the type, whereas Jack is most definitely not. Just the sort of things siblings would argue about! lol. Good point about how it would effect people's views, I don't know if their experience would make me more or less willing to believe in superstition...!
