1. Oh it's a fine day today. :) Sun is (well not here any more) shining and lucie_inthesky has a birthday. YAY! I hope the day is full of fluffy moments and this year is treating you, Lucie, really fine. :)

You know, I always like to include a quote with my wishing and HAHA, I just found this one:

What matters is not the length of the wand, but the magic in the stick.

Ah, that anonymous could so be Brian Kinney... :-)

And I can upload Mika's CD for you, if you want... ;-)

True. :D

"And I can upload Mika's CD for you, if you want... ;-)"

Oh, that would be very awesome! I'd love to be able to listen more of their music and then make my mind should I purchase the CD. I have just heard couple of songs which are currently played in radio stations. :)

Oooh, thank you Gio. You are real sweetie. :) I just transferred the stuff to my mp3 player so I can test the stuff today while I'm jogging. :)

Thank you so much, E! I had a great day, and I plan on continuing the birthday celebration for the rest of the week, so the fun is just beginning!

And I LOVE Bloc Party -- they're my most played artist on iTunes, and that's saying something. I loved Silent Alarm, their debut album, so much, and I guess I had unrealistic expectations for Weekend in the City, cause I was a little underwhelmed when I first heard it. I'd found live bootlegs of these new songs they'd been playing around the world for the past year, and when I got the official release it just wasn't what I expected. It was cool, though, to hear them play a song called "Wet" in London last March, and then hear the finished version which is "On" on this CD. Now, the more I listen to it, the more it's starting to grow on me. ESPECIALLY knowing that Kele, the lead singer, is not-so-secretly gay, and a lot of these songs are about that. I think I love him even more now ♥. And I'll always have Silent Alarm.

Have you found now something new music which you like to listen other than Weekend in the City?
New Arcade Fire sounds pretty promising IMO. :)
