Ooh, cool! I wrote an anthro story, finishing with 44,500 words (mainly to see if I could - cue dozens of similar comments).
I've visited Dresden a couple years ago and though the city was very beautiful; neat choice by the author for sure.

me too, I was in Dresden right after the wall came down, so I'm sure it's changed now
