Danny is a young waste manager alone and shy. He works from 4 am to 1 pm and everyday he went out for lunch, a late lunch that works also for dinner. But his usual place has stut down and he has to find a new place. He step into The Bent Rail and into his handsome owner Jon, an older cowboy gentle and sympatethic.

Among the friendly patrons of The Bent Rail Dan finds a new family and in the arms of Jon a soul mate.

In a very brief tale Sean Michael manages to build a complete story, sweet and compelling.
