Someone said to me this morning, "Fear not..." and as I think about it, trying to apply this, I wonder how you define the opposite of fear. Please share...
The first word that came to mind was "understanding" and the second was "courage".
I think courage is the more traditionally accepted opposite. But I believe that most fear is rooted in a lack of understanding, so I'm pretty sure why that jumps to mind.

According to the Bible, the opposite of fear is trust. According to capi, that means sally forth in confidence, my friend! Hold your chin up and GO!
