Finally finished (well, good enough for now anyway), here are my Jack/Gwen shipper thoughts on the last episode Something Borrowed. Full of spoilers, so beware.
I hope you don't mind a comment on this WAY after the fact, but I just watched this ep again.
Re: the comment on the drive: Ummm, Jack? This does suggest inner conflict. Yours. ; )
Completely. And maybe hers. I do like Rhys, and I feel very sorry for him in the context of "settling" but I agree with your ship analysis here. She does love Rhys, as she's said, but "not in the same way" she loves Jack(Adam), and that's left up to us to interpret.
Wandered this way in search of... possibly reassurance after the week of CoE, and found this.
Thank you! Even so long after the fact, reading this sets my (very reluctant, but utterly hooked) J/G shipper's heart aglow :) The fact that Gwen *did* marry Rhys, and really does love him (utter sweetheart and good, good man that he is) simply adds more grist to Uncle Rusty's angst mill...
