One Less Debt to Worry About

Today I grabbed my paycheck and headed to the bank to make my last car payment. I marched up to the teller and proclaimed, "I'm here to pay off my auto loan!" And then it was kind of anticlimatic. There's not special paperwork to do, no one to talk to, you don't even get the title (it'll be mailed out and I should receive it in 2-3 weeks

so maybe a separate compromise is 1 month the normal amount and 2 month pay what you did on the car loan. That way you are paying more but you won't be as strapped for cash?
