Hellooo, long time no see! I've been so busy lately that I haven't really had time to do any fun fandom stuff, apart from trying to desperately keep up with Gamushara, Shokura, KisuBusa, SZ Channel, etc
( Read more... )
When I'm reading interviews like this, I can't help having the faint feeling of suspect how many thoughts are their real thoughts and how much there has come from the management. When it's about East Asian entertainment, we all know that there's so much stuff coming from the management what the boys are supposed to say and what not, and everything has to be accepted by the management what media gets to know. But it surely is something different I've ever read from JE magazines since usually we get to know information like this through - let's say - 10k interviews. Anyway, there has to be a reason why it got revealed right now. Maybe they're planning something new for them, maybe they got tired of fans fangirling after it Bakaleya or then there's been enough time passed that they can finally say it without feeling guilty idek. Or combination of everything; we can't really know
( ... )
The management issue crossed my mind too, we can never know. Idk about this one, but I'd like to think that most of their thoughts etc what we've got to see/read over the years are sincere - jrs do have a bit more "freedom" after all. I was thinking of the 10k interviews as well when reading this, and I agree with you that there must be a reason why they're talking about this now and like this. We'll see.
But yeah, like I said earlier, the Gamushara talk was maybe the most :( bit. I hope they were at least doing it properly and having fun, even though it felt weird for them.
I somehow didn't feel happy hearing them said that 'their lingering toward Bakaleya was gone' with just that show D: I was even hopping it will grow stronger because of that! But maybe they feel something we didn't know....but it's still sad....I REALLY love those 6 boys!!! They're my boys after BI Shadow gone...why are they (seem like) gonna gone too? D:
Yeah, that was the part that got me the most, as well. It made me a bit sad, I can't help it. I'm sure it must've been difficult for them, too. And well, people and things change :<
My pleasure, thanks for reading and commenting! :3
wow~ i don't think this kind of topic is fit for just them two to talk about. magazines need to gather them 6 again & let them talk about this together. I get it how japanese fans were shocked about this, it truly is shocking how they can talk about it like that, suddenly. Not that I have ill feelings for the two of them for bringing that up, it's good to know about their thoughts and feelings. Since they are good friends or maybe they have already talked about it privately, about the possible future they'll have as B6, I so think a lot of things happened in the past 2 years, that they now know how they want to proceed in their careers and how they really have "outgrown" the B6 grouping. I'm sure that since they're really good friends, that they have talked about being B6 a lot, but let's just hope that they have bigger plans for their future from now on, whether they'll stay together as six, or maybe with more members. I know us fans will support them either way.^^
It would be so interesting to hear their all thoughts on the matter indeed. I hope we could hear about the other four sometime. And yes, they must have talked about it together before.
I think "outgrown" describes the situation rather well! It's of course understandable that they, or the fans, can't linger on some old almost-a-group forever.
i'm speechless.. this is so heartbreaking.. i always wanted to see them perform as six again. but its nice to hear their feeling bout this. i wonder what the other 4 think.. btw thank you for translating!
