Anyone know why the option bar (the one with all the text options and the emoticons, etc.) in hotmail new message screens no longer seems to exist when you use mozilla firefox instead of internet explorer...????

I am home from France!!!!! SOOOO happy to be home but I will miss France too, I still keep slipping into french when I talk to Agnes but hopefully I will get used to talking to her in English.
