So, it seems that in my move 18 months ago I may have disposed of my Pirate costume. I kept the crappy alien, the poorly thought out bat and the cheap and uninteresting LA street rat thing, but I throw out the pretty decent pirate costume, the one I had the most chance of ever actually using again? Bummer re: lack of pirate costume. I hope it turns up. But you probably don't need to feel like you'll stand out as a street rat (does that one include the Mickey ears? :P). I think "relaxed" or "generic" pirate costumes tend to include gratuitous amounts of everyday clothing (and half the folks going were talking about dressing as generic pirates *waves own hand*). I know I'm still playing with what exactly to use or not (as part of my costume) - and that will probably change again on the day, to keep up with the weather.

You make me glad I can't be bothered to watch Supernatural, let alone spend any time in its fandom. Especially since I've been nursing some annoyance over Torchwood's recent brush with wank. [plaintive tone] If I could just see a vid of GDL and JB dancing maniacally to the TW theme, I might could forgive being accused of "greediness." [/wailing] ;-)

I found it, thankfully. It is not that big of a deal, just a tunic and vest I had my mommy (Yay Mommy!) sew for me a couple of years ago, but I had gave away about four garbage bags of cloths when I moved and was worried it had ended up in the pile ( ... )

I think pktaxwench is bringing an extra Will costume - she's going to be Jack. You might ask the Yahoo list if you're interested, see what size it is.

I found it, boring as it is. Thankfully my mom is more of a pack rat than I am and ignored the shopping bag shoved in the corner of her sewing room.

And while the Will costume would be wicked cool, I'm pretty sure I'd have to saw myself in half to fit into any of pktaxwench's awesome costumes.

But, yay! We have a Jack! I am ridiculously excited! *geeks out*

I know, and that, is totally awesome.

I seem to remember reading that she was going to pull out Will, for Will!Con, and it would be cool to have a bunch of Wills (a herd? flock? murder?) considering our Will-love. But, there is always room for Jack. XD
