I was very domestic and did a buttload of laundry and made a nice dinner. We had roasted chicken and potato gratin (Nigella's recipe has failed me 3 times now, so I need to find another) and steamed cauliflower. I even made gravy! And there's chocolate-chili pud waiting... A light spray of liquid dish soap keeps bugs off plants. This hint from the garden show I used to listen to Saturday mornings driving to Ren Fair from Tucson my first season.

Yeah, spray or wipe the leaves with a solution of dish soap and water. Good luck. I can't have houseplants with cats who will...eat...anything...

Awww! Too bad! But their cuteness Im sure more than makes up for the plant free lifestyle.

I'll try soap and water! Mockba liked to paw in the dirt at first, but now she's lost interest in them pretty much entirely. Luckily.

Baking soda works quite well as well with a little milk and dishwashing liquid - depending on the type of bug - Charlotte
