It's been nine years today since I last saw Chris. He died March 8, 1998

I once got told: If you will only have my child, I will love you and take care of you for the rest of your life. From my husband, who had agreed, before marriage, that we would not have children. he's basically never spoken to me since, throwing away 13 years of friendship, six of which we were married.

It hurts. Still. After 20 years. I can't imagine what ties would be there if I'd -had- a child.
