given that you don't know that "to stipulate" in the context of a disagreement - as in a court or arbitration or debate - means to agree upon a potentially arguable but secondary matter in order to move forward, and given that that perfectly applied in the context above, will you excuse me for not taking the rest of your expose terribly seriously?
