I would just like to say, for the record, that I feel nerdier about listening to NPR than I ever do about playing D&D.

It's a very different sort of nerdiness. That NPR interviewer lady was all "Those wacky D&D nerds! They're such losers!" but in a way indicating she found it endearing, when Gary Gygax died.

But yes. NPR is a nerdier kind of nerdiness than D&D.
