Just the plain ol' heavy punching bag, with protective gloves and wrist supports. Twenty minutes of that three times a week will leave you breathless and with awesome shoulders pretty damn quick. It's very high-impact, though.

Ugh! I miss my right knee. And I'm still not completely healed up from my left calf/achilles-tendon sprain. (I'm about 90%, but I want both of my powerful legs back.)
