I had some decent Thai food in Reykjavik at Nuthli Hus (Noodle House); there was hardly anyone seated, but they were doing a brisk takeout business, and several customers looked Thai.
Racha seems to cater to the upper-middle-class whites who live in Queen Anne, and not to, well, people who grew up eating Thai food.
In other words, they now serve food that can only be described as "white people spicy", in much the same way that the "flamethrower burger" falls into that category.
