So the other day I read this article about truck drivers text-messaging and operating computers while driving. (Most are told to pull over to use these devices to check info they need; most say they never do, can't afford to lose the time.)

ITA. With a cherry on top. Cellphone-chatting drivers are a menace.

Granted, I am atypical in that I pretty much only turn my cell on once a month, if that, but in the car I definitely have it off, because I don't even want to be distracted by the ring. I would never even think of answering it while I was driving.
