I'm driving my daughter to school and I'm at a stop light. We're waiting for the light to change and as it does I suddenly see this huge Land Rover accelerating into me. BAM! She plows into the back of my car. My daughter and I are slammed forward into another car ( Read more... )

I'm so sorry about your car! But I'm glad to hear that you and your daughter are ok. Sounds like the guy in front of you was the one in a hurry! Her insurance should at least pay for some of the damage, shouldn't it?

Yeah, my neck is kinda ok but my upper back is very sore. I've been taking some muscle relaxants so I can go to sleep.
