Interesting times this holiday season. I visited Carmen after Christmas (dropping Laura off along the way, since FSU band doesn't get the same days off everyone else does, apparently). Accidentally left my trunk open after I grabbed my bag out of it (even though I double-checked because I'm paranoid like that, so really, no idea how it was left

The reason I called you late was because in order to get to go with my mom up in Nebraska, I had to work all audit shifts before I left. And I was trying to pack at the time too.
As for Charles he is officially (or was for us) the landlord over at the Glen Place apartments (and possibly for others)and a job cost estimator (which I'm not certain he even does really). And you're completely right about wanting to squeeze money out of people- he thinks he can get another....hundred or so out of the next tenants just by installing a stacked washer/dryer set-up. Bah. I'm done being irritated by that man.
