Haha ^^ But hey, U2 and Bono are doing fantastic job with the Africa issues -wasn't Bono awarded with the title "sir" recently? :) (or, he's "sir" but he isn't allowed to use the actual title "sir" because he's an Irish man, but anyhoo~)
Haha, knighthood -i just couldn't remember to my death that word in English^__^
Well, I kinda understand why the Irish feel that way, because Irish people and Brits have never really liked each other, and I think the Irish have always regarded England as a threat (lol we just talked about this in our English class, so I could rant about this god knows how much^^). They feel that Bono betrayed them by accepting the new title.
Then again, for me, it's cool he got it -it's great that the Brits aren't that prejudiced that they'd reject the honor from an Irish man :) Go Bono~
*cracks up* Sir The Edge, zomg! That'd really be something x)
Now all kinds of white trash kids can become rock stars -it's an occupation these days.
I'm not sure how the American rock scene is now, but here, rock is popular because it's a trend. It's 'cool' to be in a band. Well, that's the impression I get, anyway. You see new bands pop up left and right, and they all sound the same! D: There are only a handful of good bands here that make good music and lyrics. The rest are so.. cookie-cutter emo. XD
Ah, Takeshi Kaneshiro is so cool. Speaks Japanese & several dialects of Chinese quite well. Plus, he's not bad to look at either. XD And I loved Hero! It had one of the best cinematography I've ever seen~ (the colors! the colors! XD) ♥ Sigh. I don't get to watch a lot of Chinese movies anymore, since our cable TV provider removed Star Movies Mandarin from the roster of channels. Boo!
gosh, that "the" is driving me mad~ I'll never learn to use it *cry*I don't use it either! XD I got to know them as just "Gazette", and it's not like they introduce themselves as "Za Gazetto desu".. right

Cookie-cutter emo, I'm so going to steal that the next time I'm writing an English essay *snickers*
Yeah, you're right. I don't like rock being trendy :( Finland is quite a small country, and when a band breaks through, tens and tens of bad copies appear at once. *cry* One glam band made it last year, and now every CD store is filled with albums of similar bands.. Everybody are trying to make profit out of the newest trends, and then people like me, who dig different kind of music, are pushed aside. I'm forced to buy all my music online *cry* I love touching things before buying them :) I can spent hours and hours for watching and touching books in bookstores<3
Hero was love at first sight~ The passion in it just flooded over me<3 The colors are truly amazing, and I love the way the story is told, in several chapters~ I've seen it dozens and dozens of times, and every time it makes me sigh happily<3 It's the magic of movies :D

Oh, it's good, it's good~!! The melodic parts sound so frickin' amazing, I can't wait for the new album ^^ (This isn't exactly that kind Gazette I fell in love with, but I cherish pretty much everything they do<3)
Huaah, and I read the new translations of Isshi's blog~ He's so utterly adorable<3 Is it February already, is it? \o/
Yay, sait sen vihdoin :D Ihanaa jos tykkäsit :) Ajattelin jotenkin ihan, että olet semmoisen Muumi-ihmisen oloinen (nimenomaan Tove/Lars-muumi, ei japanilainen animaatiomuumi^^ Viskiä juovassa muumipapassa on tyyliä<3)
