Anemia probably. It's usually caused by a lack of iron. Ask your mother if she gets dizzy black outs because it's often genetic. Also, if you don't eat meat, you should to take iron supplements or eat more spinach to combat the lack of iron from meat.
However, if you thought that you were dying at the time, it may have been part of a panic attack. Usually mine last about 15 minutes, and my heart rate goes through the roof and I feel like I am choking and cannot breathe. If you think its that, go see yr doctor right now <3 because the more you have, the worse they get.
<3 It happens to me also. Not as bad and as daily/weekly as it used to be. It was usually from standing up too fast and all the blood rushing to my head. Mine usually happen in the shower (which is weird to say). but yeah.
that happens to me when i get my blood taken so maybe it has to do with like blood leaving a certain part of your body too fast or something or maybe you have the flu.
i saw this on a bill nye the science guy, and it explained the situation quite clearly. when you stand up after lying or sitting for long periods of time, the blood rushes from your head, this results in a moment of "blindness" otherwise known as blacking-out. not anemia or dehydration.

Well, you eat, but it is all chocolate. You need leaft green vegetables like I eat for MY being anemic. We can have lack of iron together.
