Well, the van Baalen brothers seemed a bit changed after the wipe, so I would count on something being different with Clara, too. Especially since she said she didn't want to forget everything... she could be stubborn enough to still remember? And she did say her home looked different when she came back at the end of Rings. Idk if that has anything to do with anything... but that's what I've got.
