The part when they lay on the grass, gazing up at the 'Starry Starry Night' was epicly beautiful - I've gone into more detail on that scene at my journal, so I won't do so here.
This was a particularly lovely ep for the most part, though I felt a few things were a bit heavy-handed. Gorgeous setting that really captured the time of Van Gogh in France (...filmed in Croatia, again), and an interesting allegory in the MOTW. The actor playing Van Gogh was AMAZING, really wonderful, and I truly felt for him. The scene with him in the art gallery was extremely touching, even if the rotation was a little jarring.
I also loved the Doctor calling Vincent 'Rory'. Emo-tear. And Van Gogh picking up on a sadness that even Amy doesn't remember was sweet.
I did totally come away from the ep thinking '...I think I ship Doctor/Van Gogh. Or maybe Amy/Van Gogh. ...waitaminute. OT3? XD'
